Throught the years, I have built an unique style of work, where I use 3 ground stones in my therapy sessions.
I base my work on the
- EFT (Emotion Focused Therapy) method. In EFT your feelings and emotions are the most important part of your navigation system throughout life.
- CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy) which I find important when we are working with self-improvement.
- Coaching that is key when we reach the point where we want to see visible results.
I work both in Danish and English.
