What to include in your teaching portfolio

 

Any formal pedagogical education, for example:

• Professional postgraduate teacher training for university lecturers
• Professional postgraduate teacher training for upper-secondary school
• Master’s degree in educational theory

 

A short statement about your fundamental pedagogical view, such as pedagogical ideas or theories that form the basis for your teaching methods.

 

A short description of your practice including selected examples of –

• Teaching content and learning objectives
• Teaching and evaluation methods, including short observations of strengths and weaknesses in the methods chosen
• Two examples of produced teaching resources (hand-outs / web material / books)
• Feedback from students and a short statement about how you have follow-up on this
• Feedback from colleagues and a short statement about how you have follow-up on this
